Median income earners can only afford 25% of current listings-
The housing shortage would not be so bad if there were enough homes for all income levels- New report states that Median income earners only qualify for about 25% of the homes for sale. As of June 2, there were 433,104 single family homes on the market nationwide, according to data from Altos Research.
